Data Entry Associate [6610].
Nonprofit organization seeks a permanent Data Entry Associate to assist in maintaining donor database.
Responsibilities:
- Input and process credit card transactions, mail donations, and recurring gifts in a timely manner.
- Analyze, organize, and total daily credit card donations.
- Create daily gift batches and distribute daily email to staff for gift tracking.
- Manage mailing of tax receipts to meet audit standards.
- Support gift-related inquiries and follow up on unresolved issues with investors.
- Handle data maintenance and ensure software is up to date and properly operating.
- Provide database support to departments across the organization.
- Reconcile online gifts with digital marketing software.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Exemplary organizational and time management skills.
- Self-starter with proven record of meeting deadlines and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Ability to accurately process gifts, manage data, and generate reports.
- Excellent software skills and experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge preferred.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
Salary: $55,000 – 65,000 per year.
