Established in 1972, Whitman Associates, Inc. specializes in the search and placement of office support personnel in the DMV area. We are currently looking for executive assistants to provide high-level administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel arrangements and track expenses.
- Manage internal calendar and email inbox.
- Handle meeting and conference logistics.
- Draft, edit, and monitor outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain digital and hard-copy filing systems.
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and other related documents.
- Provide project management and support.
- Ensure the timely execution of all administrative tasks relating to daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have outstanding communication and time management skills.
- Candidates who have previous administrative experience are welcome.
