Executive Assistant [7255]
Property management firm located in Fairfax County seeks a permanent Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative support to the President.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee scheduling and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Create pertinent documents such as presentations and reports.
- Manage all communications via phone and maintain email inbox, sorting items by priority.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and ship and receive packages and materials.
- Organize and file important documents.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong initiative, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of meeting deadlines when given multiple competing priorities.
- Demonstrated professionalism.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Understanding of standard office policies and procedures.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Requirements:
- Previous experience providing high-level administrative support to executives.
Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per year.
