Executive Assistant [9518]
Educational nonprofit organization seeks an Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively maintain and manage internal calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Prepare executives for meetings by managing logistics and developing pertinent documents such as agendas and talking points.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, booking hotels and flights and creating itineraries.
- Draft and edit high-level correspondence and communications on behalf of executives to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring communications reflect organizational standards.
- Manage executive’s inbox and ensure messages are prioritized and responded to in a timely manner.
- Provide project management support to senior leadership by monitoring progress towards goals and providing status updates for initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a proven record of meeting deadlines and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong follow-through and project management skills.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing environments.
- Exemplary judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM databases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of administrative experience and a minimum of three (3) years of experience providing high-level support to C-suite executives.
- Ability to work after hours as needed to support executives.
Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 per year.
