Front Desk Administrative Assistant [3319]

Association seeks a temporary-to-permanent Front Desk Administrative Assistant to ensure efficient office operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet visitors into office space.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate department and personnel.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate building access and maintain common areas.  
  • Schedule conference rooms and assist with logistics for in-house events.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems.
  • Other administrative duties and tasks assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Exemplary judgement and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service and administrative experience.

Rate: $20 per hour while temping.
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 once permanent.
