Office Coordinator [4514]
Multifaceted construction company seeks a temp to perm Office Coordinator to provide operational support to a busy office.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising between staff and management, ensuring effective and efficient communication.
- Organizing office events, meetings and activities.
- Overseeing facility maintenance and service requests.
- Handling front desk receptionist duties, fielding phone calls, greeting visitors and managing mail.
- Maintaining office inventory..
- Managing scheduling, coordinating appointments and room reservations.
- Assisting various departments with billing, onboarding and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of meeting deadlines when given multiple competing priorities.
- Demonstrated professionalism.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Rate: $ 22 per hour.
Salary: $ 60,000 - $73,000 per year once permanent.
