Operations Assistant [8569]
Financial institution seeks Operations Assistant to provide logistical and office administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain overall organization of the office and troubleshoot technology and office equipment.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages and track inventory of supplies.
- Support senior leadership with special projects and implementation of internal programs.
- Serve as onsite point of contact for building engineers, service technicians, and vendors, addressing service requests related to access control and building amenities.
- Provide front desk support by answering and fielding incoming phone calls, welcoming visitors, and reserving conference rooms.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and office events.
- Set up workstations for new hires.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office services support role.
Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per year.
