Operations Manager [5246].

Nonprofit organization seeks a permanent Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations across the association, improving efficiency and ensuring effective use of time and resources.

Responsibilities:

Manage contracts, billing, and vendor relationships, including serving as liaison for IT and business accounts.
Develop, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures and internal documentation.
Coordinate internal meetings, monthly updates, and staff communications.
Maintain key organizational tools and compliance requirements, including the operational calendar, nonprofit registrations, and tax-exempt filings.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including gift processing and shipments.
Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and applications.
Maintain IT inventory, including asset tracking and onboarding/offboarding setup.
Administer cybersecurity training and support internal IT communications, policies, and updates.
Manage office inventory and procurement.
Schedule routine and emergency facility and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Demonstrates discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements:

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in office or operations management, preferably in a nonprofit organization.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year.
