Operations Program Management & Compliance Analyst [1612]
National nonprofit organization seeks an Operations Program Management & Compliance Analyst to provide project management support.

Responsibilities:
  • Review employee expense reports and monitor accounts payable mailbox for incoming expense reports and invoices.
  • Improve operational efficiency by implementing internal monitoring systems.
  • Assist in reconciliation of corporate credit cards.
  • Manage request for proposals (RFPs) and backup for contracts.
  • Enter invoice data into accounting system.
  • Assemble pertinent documents in support of departmental meetings and events.
  • Perform website maintenance on selected sections of the website.
  • Develop systems to track monthly reports and documents.
Qualifications:
  • Advanced Excel skills and solid knowledge of MS Office applications. 
  • Excellent editing and proofreading skills.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work independently.  
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Effectively manages workload and meets deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Strong foresight and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Experience in budget analysis and administration.
  • Excellent software skills and proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in project coordination or related experience.
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year.
