Nonprofit organization seeks a permanent Scholar Engagement Manager to lead departmental programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Nonprofit organization seeks a permanent Scholar Engagement Manager to lead departmental programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Perform research and conduct analysis to measure and analyze efficacy of programs, suggesting process improvements based on findings.
- Oversee application and award process and ensure audit compliance.
- Create engagement opportunities between donors and corporate partners.
- Design events and outreach initiatives.
- Draft and edit correspondence and collaborate with the Communications Department to develop on-brand messaging.
- Deliver presentations and design engagement strategies.
- Interact with contractors and vendors as needed.
- Additional duties and tasks assigned to support the company mission.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to collaborate and work independently.
- Exercises good judgement given minimal direction.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Customer-service oriented.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent database management and computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in scholarship program administration or scholarship engagement.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in program/project management.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year.
