Scholarship and Education Program Manager

About the Job
National association seeks a temporary-to-permanent Scholarship and Education Program Manager to provide administrative and operational support for their scholarship program.

Responsibilities:
  • Create tracking methods and communicate program results to donors and senior leadership.
  • Administer virtual training courses and develop event marketing materials for classes and workshops.
  • Support the development of applications and reports for external and internal stakeholders. 
  • Troubleshoot internal systems while collecting and analyzing applicant data.
  • Develop and enforce program policies and evaluation processes. 
  • Support conference logistics through sourcing and reviewing venues, executing contracts, and handling audio-visual equipment and requests. 
  • Regularly respond to member inquiries. 
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned. 

Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Effectively manages workload in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Positive, professional attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing environments.
  • Previous experience with event and program management and budget development.
  • Strong computer and software skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional working experience within a nonprofit association. 
 
Rate: $23 per hour while temping. 
Salary: $80,000 once permanent.
