Executive Assistant [6331]
National Association located in Falls Church, VA seeks a temp to perm Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive assistant support to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO by managing and optimizing calendar and priorities, anticipating needs and acting proactively.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements.
- Take meeting minutes and prepare board materials, such as agendas and executive packets, ensuring the CEO is prepared for meetings and board interactions.
- Onboard new board members and facilitate orientation.
- Draft and edit executive correspondence.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to clearly present information.
- Exercises good judgement given minimal direction.
- Manages deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications and online survey tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years supporting a high level executive.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Rate: $25 - $30 per hour while temping.
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 once permanent.
