Executive Assistant [9416]
Financial institution seeks permanent Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage complex internal calendars and schedule meetings and business appointments.
- Draft executive correspondence and prepare and edit presentations and marketing materials.
- Coordinate travel logistics by booking transportation and arranging accommodations.
- Assist with financial management by processing expense reports.
- Organize conferences and events and serve as the primary point of contact, managing reservations and vendor contracts and drafting presentations for leadership.
- Monitor internal email inbox, regularly following up on communications.
- Collect data, perform research and prepare business reports.
- Maintain internal Salesforce database.
- Additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
- Exemplary judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, CRM platforms (ie. Salesforce) and networking platforms (ie. LinkedIn).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent education or work experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting C-suite executives in an administrative role.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
Salary: $90,000 – $95,000 per year.
