HR Professional [6832].
Engineering and consulting firm seeks a permanent HR professional to provide strong human resources support to the department, administering HR and recruiting initiatives and strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Build the internal recruiting team, leading the hiring process of recruiters, defining the scope of the role, creating standard operating procedures, and providing ongoing training.
- Oversee recruiting cycle by creating job descriptions and sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- Ensure practices related to recruiting are in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and develop methods to optimize recruiting and hiring processes.
- Maintain internal applicant tracking system and suggest product improvement.
- Partner with recruiting agencies.
- Collaborate with marketing department to create social media strategies for recruitment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus
- Previous experience in a senior-level human resources and recruiting role a must.
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year.
