Paralegal [0330]

Law firm seeks an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys with employment law issues to begin on July 15th, 2026.

Responsibilities:

Regularly review client documents and draft demand letters.
Finalize letters in PDF format and convert documents to DocuSign for client signature.
Maintain attorney case lists by inputting new clients and updating lists.
Coordinate logistics for phone calls between attorneys and clients.
Draft and file EEOC complaints.
Update documents on the internal portal.
Review and revise attorney-drafted demand letters.
Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Ability to execute tasks with changing priorities and competing deadlines.
Highly organized and attentive to detail.
Exemplary judgement and problem-solving skills.
Ability to hand confidential information.
Strong editing and proofreading skills.
Strong computer and database management skills.

Requirements:

Previous experience providing legal and administrative support to attorneys.

Rate: $25 per hour.
